Sorry to Break This to You But Immigrants DO Have Constitutional Rights
They do have constitutional rights, but immigration is not a right. SCOTUS has ruled before that that privilege can be taken away without due process. Just like any country has a right to reject immigrants for expressing support for terror groups, so too does the US. Now obviously this is a slippery slope, that I'm not particularly a fan of, but that is how the law works. There is a reason it's generally advised to not go to protests if you are an immigrant. ELI5: Why are foreign nationals and illegal immigrants afforded the same constitutional rights as citizens?

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

While it is important to not that illegal immigrants, foreign nationals, greencard holders, etc don't have all the constitutional rights as citizens, they are still fall under the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment.

The Congressional Committee that passed the amendment specifically worded it to include non-citizens so it "does away with the injustice of subjecting one caste of persons to a code not applicable to another." James Madison reasoned that as aliens provide "temporary obedience" they are entitled to "constitutional protection and advantage." Since then there have been a number of Supreme Court cases concerning the rights of non-citizens and the Court has pretty consistently interpreted that aliens are "in all respects... a part of the population (Yo Wick v Hopkins)" and their "undocumented status...does not establish a sufficient rational basis for denying them benefits that the State affords other residents (Plyer v Doe)."
