Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:20-21): “And [mention, O Muhammad], when Moses said to his people, ‘O my people, remember the favor of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned to you and do not turn back [from fighting in Allah’s cause] and [thus] become losers.’”

And the good word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel because of what they had patiently endured. I don't care which fancy book says what, I don't care who has the historical right to the region, I don't whose great great great great great grandfather took the first shit in the Holy Land. It's completely irrelevant. The fact is neither Israel nor Palestine will be leaving, no matter who has the right to be there. They will be neighbours for life. Until the day WW3 bathes the region in nuclear hellfire, Israel and Palestine will be sitting right next to each other. Are the words of a book going to chase the other guy out? Is "historical right" going to make the other guy magically disappear? No? Then suck it up, and learn to get along.
