The combatant to non combatant ratio in Gaza is between 1 to 1 and 2 to 1. It's context depended. I'm an Israeli druze and I don't share with the jews their western moral. If someone kills my children and then run to hide among his own children hopping they're insurance certificate because he assumes my moral standards will not allow me kill his children, then he's in problem. Because this guy will use same trick to kill additional 1 million children without interruption. So if this guy is actually put into a risk 1 million children, would I take the risk and eliminate him with the price of his own children? I'll do. But first I'll be sure I did any possible move to avoid hurting his children. The point is nobody's blood is privileged.
