How to cook Yuca?!
Peel them, cut them in lengthwise slices, boil them, as you did for 8-10 minutes, until semisoft, drain, let dry for a bit, and then fry them in light oil. Baking doesn’t work. Fry until browned, and serve with your favorite sauce. Consistently good, Peruvian recipe. More on reddit.com
