Hi everyone,

I just bought a new PNY graphics card that comes with a Borderlands 4 game bundle. However, I’m not sure how to actually claim or redeem the game code.

If anyone is having issues redeeming the Borderlands 4 code via the Nvida app for the 5000 series GPU:

1. Type "View Network Connections" into the Start Menu.

2.Right-click on your Internet source (Wifi, Ethernet), then select Properties.

3.Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).

4. Click OK to apply changes.

5.Attempt to redeem the game.

6.Once successful, repeat the steps above and re-enable IPv6 by checking the box again.

If the above steps do not work, Repeat it and then go into the nvidia control panel -> Configure Surround, PhysX -> PhysX settings -> select your GPU (disable auto select).

Update: After reading some forums, a few people got it to work by using a VPN or using their phone as a hot spot. I was about to try this, but thought I would try the normal way one more time. Worked perfectly without any modifications or workarounds and is currently downloading. Good luck, everyone.

Here is the solution if you get the error : "You must meet the requirements in order to redeem, please review the instructions received", when trying to activate Borderlands 4 in the Nvidia App.
