So the old IPv6 issue is apparently still around in 2025. I just bought a new PNY graphics card that comes with a Borderlands 4 game bundle. However, I’m not sure how to actually claim or redeem the game code.

Just have the same problem and that was driving me crazy. But here is my solution to redeem the promo code : As u/nokobueno said in another topic : Type “View Network Connections” into the Start Menu. 2. Right-click on your active Ethernet adapter, then select Properties. 3. Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). 4. Click OK to apply changes. Then I went to the Nvidia control panel, and click on "Configure surround PhysX" tab and selected my graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070Ti) instead of "auto" in the PhysX settings field. After that I run the NVIDIA App, try to redeem the promo code and everything works.

Despite receiving the code for my product, they refuse to honor it and told me that I could contact HP to "return my code." (???)
