Is 85 blood sugar after let’s say 6-8 hours of meal or fasting (morning sugar check) is too low ?

Normal blood sugar for a non-diabetic 3 hours post prandial

Hmmmm

What I've read and been going with is:

1 hour < 140

2 hour < 120

5 hour < 100

I've never seen "three" hour marks.
