How many browsers do you have installed?
On Windows, I use Vivaldi as my default and Firefox (reluctantly) as my backup. On Android, I use Iceraven as my default and Vivaldi as my backup. So, the answer to your main question is that I use 2 browsers per device, 4 total across two devices (Or possibly 3 total across two devices if you count Vivaldi being my default Windows browser and backup Android browser as only one browser) I've used other browsers at times in the past (Sometimes for years) or just to try them out, but the above are my current regulars (The ones I have as my defaults I adopted 3.5 years or so ago). As to your second question as to which ones I think you should remove from the list you provided, I personally would recommend ditching Brave, Google Chrome Canary, Edge Canary, Edge Beta, Edge Dev, and Firefox Developer Browser. If the above doesn't provide enough browsers to ditch, my second round of browser ditching would include Google Chrome, Opera browser, and Opera GX browser. If you did all of that, it would leave you with (from your list of currently installed browsers), Edge, Firefox, Vivaldi, and all five browsers from your second page still installed. Personally, I would not be able to find a use for more than 2-3 browsers per device. I might install something to try it out, but if it ultimately isn't a better option than the 2 per device I have, I'd get rid of it, and if it turned out to be better, I'd replace one of my existing browsers with it. I really don't need more than 2 per device. However, I get that this is probably a hobby for you, so, if you enjoy having that many browsers, good for you. I'm not criticizing, just answering questions. :) Plus, if you're an extensions developer or website designer, you might need all those browsers to test your software or websites (I'm not, so I don't).
