Data aggregation is a pain in the fucking ass look at azure their best shit is their data handling capabilities (data bricks, data factories, data warehouses and pipelines they all do different shit too). If you are really about to shit on one of the most complex problems we face dealing with an unfathomable of data categorizing and then making usable. This is the holy grail just because they ELI5 on their website doesn’t mean you know shit about it. This puts all of azures processes into one ☝️UI where you don’t need to know sql queries or understand the schemas. We are drowning in data roughly 98% is not used there’s so much insight we can gain if we could filter fast enough. Example: a project I worked on we equipped iot devices to a building all over it. We attempted to use these data points to have the building regulate its own temperature passively strictly by understanding the suns path for the day and when areas were heating up from too much sun exposure. It automated blinds opening and closing from expected values. Dropped HVAC cost 5% with a half assed prototype. We are limited by how many points we can handle at once then administer logic instantaneously. (Now imagine entire cities and countries doing this that’s PLTR’s level.)
