Extract the code archive and look for Add-Store.cmd.

Open Settings in the system and turn on the Developer mode.

If you want to deploy Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 at scale, you cannot purchase it through retail channels. Microsoft only distributes IoT Enterprise through authorized distributors such as Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Advantech, Kontron, and Dell. The correct path is to contact one of these distributors in your region, specify the number of licenses you need, and request physical installation media (USB or DVD) as part of the order. IoT Enterprise LTSC is licensed per device, so the distributor will provide activation keys tied to your purchase along with the media. This ensures you remain compliant, get proper support, and have access to long-term servicing updates. For a large rollout, working directly with Arrow or Avnet is usually the most straightforward option.
