The Worst Cooking Oils For Your Thyroid
The low thyroid state compounds the effects of oxidative stress (3) and adding further fuel to this fire will certainly not help thyroid patients. The good news is that as you avoid industrial seed oils and fill your body with healthy fats, they will take the place of these unhealthy fats in your cells and in your fat tissues over time, resulting in better health for you overall.

r/Hashimotos on Reddit: Cutting out gluten and dairy and seed oils raised TPOab
December 20, 2024 -
I have had a TPOab level of 200-1200 all my life and it has been tested multiple times throughout the years. I decided to cut out all gluten and dairy and seed oils 2 months ago and now my TPOab is 1600. How is this possible? I cant seem to find a reason for this. I also started taking probiotics. Could they be the reason?
EDIT: I also started LDN at the same time. Could it raise TPOab?

The more I read about hashimotos and other autoimmune conditions the more I think it’s a combination of everything our modern life is bombarding us with. Cancer as well. The answer is who the heck knows. If you’re interested in exploring different rabbit holes though start reading about microplastics or nutrient deficiencies in our food supply due to soil degradation. Both of these things are mind boggling.
