IPS vs Amoled screens
I don't read a lot , but when I do (from screen) it's always in the dark mode, and on Amoled black is real black, and it should even be a battery saving feature, considering that it means that black pixels are "turned off" I think. No problem with burn-in, in my past 4 or 5 years with amoled. More on reddit.com

Ok let’s see: MPI or AMOLED display (and why)?
It all depends on your usage really. Do you want a light-emitting device on your arm? In what environments are you most interested in looking at your watch? I abhor unnecessary exposure to blue light (I'm a developer so > 8h in front of a computer screen all day) so I really do not want another light-emitting display in my life, aside from the ordinary screens, i.e., tv, phone and computer. So that was my main reason for going with a MIP device. Another reason was that I am using the device primarily for working out and running, meaning it's a pretty well-lit environment, so a MIP display suffices. And in the rare cases, I need to use the backlight, it's pretty lax at 5% brightness compared to an AMOLED screen. But more often than not, I can simply slant the screen towards a light source which will be enough to catch the time. More on reddit.com
