Total speculation - - - If it's not cheap and easy and or wildly profitable, Google won't expand in your town. GFBR is a bet and not a core biz unit. Same with Google Fi. Google dabbles in these services (and the services are awesome). But Google's end game here is uncertain. I have both in NC. Totally awesome to have. Especially Google Fiber. GFBR is magnitudes better than any other fiber provider. Northeast sucks because of legacy Internet/fiber companies with local monopolies. Spectrum, etc are the worst. Bruh, with a setup like that you might consider hiring an actual IT infrastructure company to spec it out for you, especially since getting line speed on 10Gbps requires enterprise hardware and a certain technical level of know how. The questions that you are asking here tell me that you have much to learn (not an insult, we all started somewhere) and might not have all the know-how you will need to get this all properly set up. With the amount of money I am imagining you are spending on this a few thousand dollars for a IT company to properly run your cables and help you build out your infrastructure will be well spent.
