How To Choose An Eye-Catching Website Color Palette
May 11, 2023 - You usually select the central color (your dominant shade) and it should stay static while you teak the shades either side of it. It might be worth trying a different browser so see if that improves the pages performance as older browsers may struggle to handle the dynamic on-page content. If this doesn't work, I would advise contacting Adobe to see if they can help rectify the problem. The 'theme' of your website is essentially the color-palette and having one can be handy in unifying color-schemes with complimentary shades.

I'm designing a website and I need help choosing a color palette
One thing that really helped me decide color palettes based on mood/vibe/feel was this website called Picular.co Just type in any word and it gives you colors related to that. Its not a 100% good, not nearly as good as coolors.co but it still gives me a push in a direction and makes for a good start. More on reddit.com

Choosing colors for my web design project

Choose a color palette that aligns with your brand identity and preferences, and provides good contrast for readability and accessibility. For me, I'll have a primary color in mind and use that in Pixelied for inspiration to get me started.

I also occasionally use their color wheel to find color harmony for my color.

Here are some color palettes that I've generated:

Wish Pixelied had this also built in their tool
