Apparently this is going around some parts of social media so that people can claim Israel wants to take over everything, blah blah, Protocols of the Elders of Zion, blah blah blah.
My personal theory was that it's real and it's an old patch design from the 1970s. However, now that I'm saying that, I realize I have no idea what areas this map really covers... Just looked and nope, it's definitely the Nile to the Euphrates, but with a very hard line cutting across the bottom of the Arabian peninsula? Artistic license there, maybe?
The motto next to it apparently says, "The land of Israel is safe." So now my guesses are:
It's photoshopped
It's a badge you can get elsewhere
It's a real IDF badge that uses the Biblical territory of Israel to represent the People Of Israel, rather than meaning "we wanna expand and take all of this land over!"

Probably photoshopped or self made nothing official for sure, there is nothing such as this patch or something even close to that. There is not a patch of the real borders either(saying that as a soldier i had a patch of the flag and my unit).anyways how could israel realistically conquer or holding such a big ass land and for what actually its not like we are craving for some more desert. That’s ridiculous people often forget we are barely 10 milion P.s now i understood you probably thought it was old borders maybe? We never held land in saudi arabia or jordan(past the west bank)

The idea Israel wants to conquer all of that land (especially for religious reasons) is absurd, but when we remember Muslims want to conquer Israel for religious reasons, we should remember some accusations are confessions
