I keep seeing smash captain being referenced - can anyone explain please?

I prefer slamguinius, captain of the blood Angels. It's a captain, with a thunder hammer, storm shield and a relic jet pack. The jet pack allow for no overwatch on the charge and a re-roll on the charge. Is warlord trait give him a +1 dommage too. Usually, he will be turned to the death company, Wich give him a 6+ feel no pain and a +1 attack on the charge. You can use some strat on him, to give him 3d6 for the charge, one more for +1d3 attack. If he die for 2 CP he can fight again and if he survive, it cost 3 CP. Keep a blood angel psyker close to give him one more attack. As you can see, it's quite murder machine for 129 pts. Use all your CP in one turn. But if you can destroy the enemy screen. He can charge and destroy anything on the board. Mine had no problem killing Magnus, mortarion or an imperial knight in one turn
