It's good to see Hoskinson calling BS on this. I really wish people would stop going on about the Quantum Financial System nonsense. The XRP army is so gullible that they are now repeating and spreading this nonsense as if it were fact simply because an old retired spook named Charlie Ward was doing interviews on YouTube, peddling the QFS story. I believe, these fictions are designed to co-opt fringe thinkers into non-action/passivity so that they won't take political or real-world action. (According to David Wilcock, first it was Obama who was going to save people, then it was the "good" aliens, then it was Trump/Q.) Stories like the QFS also act as test-beds to see what people will believe, to identify potential trouble-makers, and to make all fringe thinkers look absolutely insane. (I know because I sent someone an email about it on that date). Fulford has been spewing nonsense for over 10 years. I don't believe anything he said has ever come true. Most of it was crazy stuff that sounded like a poorly written fiction novel. His one claim to fame was an interview with David Rockefeller. Looks to me like he was a paid asset heavy into drug use. Certainly past his use-by date at this point. Any posts you see on reddit or Zerohedge or any other site talking about the "Khazarian mafia" are him/his group. He seems to be the only one promoting that. For a short period he worked with David Wilcock. Instead of exploring the world, asking questions, taking action, and learning new skills and ideas, these folks want their readers (and viewers) to be endlessly entertained by nonsense, pay a small monthly subscription fee, buy their books, and wait for someone else to "save" them.
