Apparently Viper was seen at Korea with his agent in regards of Asian Game selection for possible selection chance
I wouldn’t mind if other players followed suit and it pushed Kespa to release the exact metrics behind their selection process. They released the criteria, sure, but it’s still incredibly vague. I’d like to see the actual point breakdown for each player. More on reddit.com

December 10, 2011 - This initial drive and intensity has served them well thus far and will, no doubt, propel them to even bigger and better accomplishments as we progress through the deployment. In the meantime, the pace of operations is fast enough to dull the acute sense of absence that might otherwise fill the void during this upcoming holiday season.

I've managed to find the meaning of some of his terms, but not all of them, and it'd be nice to see a translation of his dialog. His constant mention of numbers and Raz four in particular.

I don't really remember his specific dialog but translation will vary a lot by nationality and a little by specific unit. Some common stuff is: Callsigns are typically a word than 1 or 2 numbers. Ex. "Sapper 6" Sapper designates a unit, 6 designates the commanding officer. For a staff, numbers are usually: 1 = admin officer, 2 = intel officer, 3 = operations officer, 4 = logistics officer, 5 = executive officer, 6 = commanding officer, 7 = senior enlisted member. There are more but you get the idea. Once you add a second letter/number it designates someone in the staff section. Example "Sapper 37" would be senior enlisted guy in operations. "Sapper 3N" might be the engineer technician in operations etc.. For a "Line Unit" it is similar. If the Companies call sign is Falcon then Falcons 5, 6 and 7 are the XO, CO and 1SG respectively. Then you have the three platoons so the 1st platoon leader would be Falcon 16, his platoon sergeant would be Falcon 17 then the squad leaders would be Falcon 11, Falcon 12 etc for all the squads and platoons. A Team leader (subordinate to a squad leader) would be Falcon 11A, Falcon 11B etc.. That is just callsigns haha it gets a lot more complex once you start adding different countries, different operations, routes, supplies, battle drills, reports etc.. Almost everything is in code words so if bad guys hear it they don't know what you are saying. They change for every mission so you just need to study and memorize (sometimes a few hundred+ for a more complicated operation) prior to every operation. Although Viper is a pilot so none of that probably applies haha. Sorry for the bad formatting/wall of text I'm on mobile. TL;DR: it's probably callsigns, useless gibberish, or codes you wouldn't know unless you had access to operational diagrams/plans.
