Obtaining a NJ driver's license as a foreign driver's license holder that can't get an international license
You'll need to take the written exam(theory exam) and a driving test.
You can go to the NJ DMV website and start the process.
Nj Drivers Licenses are available to everyone regardless of immigration status. Just make sure you have a lot of proof of identification. Ex: mail with your new address, passport, visa, birth certificate, etc.
Best of luck.

200k drams if you're an American and boom you have it. No hassle. Out of all my friends, I'm the only one who didn't bribe my way to it. Kinda makes me angry for some reason.
But no on a serious note if you understand Armenian then go to varord.am and take their tests and get better at them and do the test the legal way.
