Michelin Star Restaurants in Edinburgh
I’ve been to all of them apart from Timberyard (I’ve heard it’s amazing though and plan to go).
Out of the others, all of the food is amazing. I felt that Martin Wishart and Condita were a bit too formal and stuffy for me.
The best meal I’ve had out of the four I’ve been to was at The Kitchin, but I’ve not been back there since the allegations came out about Tom Kitchin and his treatment of staff.
One tip I always give people is to look out for the set lunch menus, they are usually around £30/35 and you get an amazing meal for that price.
Other restaurants in Edinburgh I’d definitely recommend are Aizle and The Little Chart Room. I went to Aizle about 8 months ago and it was better than some of the places on the list above.

It’s not michellin star but I had tasting menu meal recently at Aizle in Edinburgh. It was absolutely the dogs bollocks. Highly recommend. P.s. I believe they are hoping to achieve a star rating soon.
