The best thing to do is to just download it and try to run it. Comparing the specs to the minimum requirements, though, you are pretty much at the bare minimum. You'll probably be able to run it, but with lower FPS. Those who play the game may know something I don't, though. You can also try [Can You Run It] (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri) and see what it says.

You can for sure run it won't be too much over 30 FPS. It likely won't be too stable either. I used to open cases back in highschool on a much worse laptop with even worse FPS, but it's not really viable for competitive play.
