• October 28, 2024Why would the eb5 application be rejected and can one reapply ? Is there any grace time to switch to another visa, etc ?
Also Canada might not be a permanent solution but could be a good temporary one, especially if you’re around NY. A lot of people I know who had visa issues were able to get a work visa in Canada and continue working for us remotely. So should the worst happen, you can have a safety net without having to uproot your entire life

• August 1, 2024I am in a whatsapp group for EB5 investors and there are almost 1000 people in it. I have seen some people share their success stories. I know a guy who sold some of his properties in India and working on moving funds so that he can apply for eb5.
Personally, if I had that kind of money I wouldnt spend it on immigration. I would rather move back to india and invest half of it and start some business with the other half.
