Yes. We employ some tactics never seen before at other haunts. We do not touch... however, we have a lot of amazing actors trained by some of the industry's best talent in creating deep dread, impactful jump scares, and science-based emotional fear. That being said, it's a good time. If you need to leave, there are lots of exits and someone will escort you out. No refunds though!

Absolutely! We prioritize the safety of our guests and adhere to strict safety guidelines. Our attractions are supervised by trained professionals, and all guests go through metal detectors with multiple security guards on site. We have a strict no-touch policy: our trained actors and guides never touch guests. Clearly marked emergency exits are available throughout the attraction. We are C.H.A.O.S. Certified and a member of the Haunted Attraction Association.

We do not recommend it for children 12 and under without adult supervision. Children under 5 are not permitted inside the Dark Prison Haunted House. Please note that the props, effects, and intensity of the attraction may not be suitable for children. Guests will encounter flashing lights, loud sounds, and occasional strong scents that can be overwhelming. Parents/guardians are welcome to remain in our entertainment area for free if they prefer not to enter the haunted houses themselves.
