December 13, 2023 - Protestors voiced countless chants, and our favorite one goes: “We don’t want your two states; we remember forty-eight.” Amidst the reverberations, a Zionist counter-protester retorted: “What exactly do you remember?” His intention, presumably, was to question the veracity of intergenerational memory of the Nakba, or catastrophe of 1948, passed down across generations of Palestinians in fragments of stories, narratives, and accounts of life before the originary dispossession.

Our soldiers and sailors and marines know that the overwhelming majority of them will be deprived of the opportunity to vote, if the voting machinery is left exclusively to the States under existing State laws—and that there is no likelihood of these laws being changed in time to enable them to vote at the next election. The Army and Navy have reported that it will be impossible effectively to administer forty-eight different soldier voting laws. It is the duty of the Congress to remove this unjustifiable discrimination against the men and women in our armed forces- and to do it as quickly as possible. It is our duty now to begin to lay the plans and determine the strategy for the winning of a lasting peace and the establishment of an American standard of living higher than ever before known. April 17, 2024 - Constantly having to worry over potential revolutions and assassination plots, keeping a lid on the crazies, trying to do economic development, etc? At the minimum you are looking at maybe forty years (more like sixty) to get the situation to a point where you can then relax and you need someone in their 30s at a minimum to be mature enough for all that.

April 26, 2024 - The slogan envisions a Middle East with no State of Israel whatsoever. It also implies that returning to a time before the State of Israel would mean returning to a time when the state of Palestine existed.

August 1, 2021 - A Twitter account was deleted on Sunday afternoon after it posted video footage of demonstrators chanting, “We don’t want no two states, we want all of it.”

During the road trip they stopped multiple times to “make-out”; as a result they became lost and ended up 600 miles off course; as Isaac Slade put it “…[we were] two states in and forty-eight states to go”.

April 27, 2024 - Compromise was not on the table for those rallying at the GW encampment. They yelled, “We don’t want no two-state, we want ’48,” referring to the entire land of Israel.
