This place wasn't even in our guide books but was a great place to visit. Said to be the most haunted house in England it really fit the bill. In addition to the English Ghosts upstairs there have been numerous sightings of Roman Ghosts in the ancient basement. They unearthed an ancient Roman Road 50 or so years ago and them the fun really began.
