I've lived in Cbus my entire life. I havnt dont much research because this place always seemed ordinary to me. But I love the paranormal ie. Haunts, ghosts, paranormal podcasts (shout out to Jim Harold and the paranormal podcast and campfire podcast, he's also an Ohio native), ufo sightings, MIB, cryptids, the list goes on. Im curious if there are local sightings and/or places that are super haunted and just hidden in plain sight. I'd like to hear from other locals stories of places they know to be haunted or sightings or just plain weird experiences. Its story time 🕯

Greenlawn Cemetery Booze and Boos guided tour was one of The coolest things we’ve done in town and have lived here a decade. Get signed up for a late night tour near Halloween. We got lucky with a full moon if you’re able to plan for that.

The Buxton Inn is probably the most famous one I can think of, not just in central Ohio but in the country. It's allegedly one of the few places with not just human ghosts, but cat ghosts. I actually ended up in an impromptu ghost hunting session at the Buxton Inn with some out of town ghost hunters I met while drunk in Granville many years ago and was positive I saw it. Turns out it was just a white cat. However, they have a bar downstairs that is allegedly the most haunted part of the inn, and even if you don't see any ghosts its actually a pretty cool place to have a drink.
