• February 26, 2025I can’t understand how this case lands in a federal court. Maybe the terrorism charges? (Which really, I don’t see this meeting the definition of terrorism … premeditated murder? Sure, fair charges). Anyway, not a jurisdiction expert by any means, but it seems to me if the crime is alleged to have happened in NYC, subject to that criminal laws if the state of NY, and those laws satisfy the rights of the victim and accused for a fair trial, then why exactly is this even an issue? (Seriously, would love an attorney to make it make sense) More on reddit.com
