Candida overgrowth gone, symptoms gone. One word answer.

I've definitely had the same experience. I have been avoiding fruit and all sugar and it only made me feel more sick and tired. As soon as I added it back into my diet I started to feel better. Fruit has so many vitamins and minerals in it......that's why we crave sugar in the first place. I also have been struggling with poor adrenal functioning and a sluggish liver. I will look into liver flushing. Thanks for the advice!

My journey with Candida and healing the overgrowth

Thank you for this write up. I am doing a similar protocol as well except the diet aspect. I think that would help me get to the next level. But definitely am seeing a difference by just being mindful about doing a 16 hour fast and trying not to over eat. I know I am making progress because the sugar cravings are under control. I love everything about sf722 minus the price tag!

What are some of your favorite anti-fungal supplement brands?

How I got rid of my 9 months of candida overgrowth, yeast infections, and BV
Been 2 years since I’ve gotten candida Everytime I eat something sugary, I take 600mg NAC followed by Probiotics(Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85, Bifidobacterium lactis BLa80, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRa05, Bifidobacterium breve BBr60, Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB42, Lactobacillus plantarum Lp90, Lactobacillus casei LC89, Lactococcus lactis LLa61, Bifidobacterium bifidum BBi32, Streptococcus thermophilus ST81, Lactobacillus paracasei LC86) this protocol didn’t help me erase symptoms, but it eased them a lot. Be prepared for depression/withdrawal issues once you stop taking NAC. The reason i wrote what the probiotics include is because I found out that not every probiotics worked for me. Try to find something which has the same contents. Candida has different types so maybe you don’t have the same one as me but you can try and see if it helps! More on reddit.com

Is there truth to candida overgrowth as a concept? Has anyone seen benefit from treating yeast overgrowth?
I mean some people with ME do better on a low carb diet anyway, I know I feel a little bit better . If you’re having recurrent fungal infections you’ve obviously go an ongoing problem. But a die off reaction can be rough, so you’d need to go really slowly. More on reddit.com
