November 6, 2025 - Fondry is a bakery in Eagle Rock that makes some of LA’s best pastries. Get there early because they sell out before 2pm.

The Foundry has two parts: the bakery itself and the drinks bar. The baked goods are all attractively mouth-watering. I've been looking for yummy red bean buns around St. Louis for years now, and the Foundry has some of the best I've ever eaten. They also have several types of bread, and I will be returning soon to buy some for my dad, who loves darker and nuttier loaves.
