Well, basically what the text says, because 3 genocides occurred at the same time against the Christian population of the Ottoman Empire (obviously the Assyrians were the ones that took the longest), including the Armenians, oh and despite the millions of deaths, sometimes there is no recognition and there is no law that protects Christianity, apparently if an average central European country does not do so it does not matter, finally the silly world

Yes, the Armenian genocide is mainly called that because while Greeks and Assyrians were not spared, armenians experienced the most loss of life (population) and the targeted attacks against Armenians lasted longer.
Anyone non muslim was a target (mostly) which is why the Hemshin Armenians were largely spared.
The ottomans rightfully feared the breakup of the ottoman empire into ethnic nations, Armenia in the east, kurdistan in the south east, greek control of the west.
Kurds were promised the now formerly Armenian lands which is why they participated in the persecution and were spared themselves
Had the genocide not occurred, Anatolia would look way different today

One of our strategic mistakes was we should’ve called it Christian Genocide from the beginning instead of Armenian, because: A) Thats what it was, 1 million Assyrians and Greeks died for the same reason as us; B) It would’ve create not just Greek and Assyrian allies, but also appeal to Christians worldwide more.
