September 28, 2016 - I took the van to the local dealer and even though they couldn't reproduce the 15 mph jolt, they were willing to reset "transmission adaptives (adaptations?), performed trans quick learn, drive learn procedure" since I mentioned what was done before and helped for 10,000 miles. This is all software related. The 15 mph jolts are gone for now at 27,700 miles. ... At over 32,000 miles, the 15 mph jolts haven't returned yet. If they return, in addition to following up with @ChryslerCares, I might ask to have the transmission valve body checked since this part has been replaced on some vans with shifting issues.

December 21, 2008 - As a side note, I would go to a full 60 second time period on pulling F2 to clear PCM (adaptives, DTC's, etc.) as depending on how well the internal PCM power supply capacitors are charged, a short 15 sec. interval might not clear everything out.
