The island was annexed to Greece on 10 February 1947 under the Paris Peace Treaty signed by the Allies and Italy, which provided that Italy cede to Greece the Dodecanese islands and nearby islets.

So it would be good instead of continuing discussion about the Treaty of Lausanne for the Dodecanese, to answer with the 1947 Treaty of Paris, which relates to Italy and Greece and of course not Turkey.
