For the record, outside of adding voltage, before this I have tried:

• Calibrated esteps. I ended up at 135.

• different materials, both tpu and PLA do this.

• bought new roll of PLA AND baked it for 4 hours

• I have re-checked all my eccentric nuts on X and Y and those are tight enough to not have play, but not tight enough to restrict flow movement.

• I have removed and re seated the nozzle and heat break at temp.

• I have re-seated the small length of capricorn tube between the extruder and the hot end, making sure its flush with the bottom.

• removing to bowden tube (feed side) and direct feeding filament from the spool to the extruder to remove resistance

• unwinding some filament off the spool to ensure there is no spool resistance

• done a nozzle temp pid auto tune

• removed and cleaned the extruder gears with a pair of tweezers

• printed a test cube from teaching techs calibration tool, to eliminate my slicer a variable.

• tightened the extruder pressure knob (no real change from having it flush...)

• loosened the extruder pressure knob (no real change from having it flush...)
