I found one that's based on the LCARS from Star Trek. I've liked it since I got mine. It's pretty clear information wise and doesn't kill the battery. I charge about every week to 10 days.

You can get pretty close to that using one of the Modular faces and an app to display your steps as a complication - I use HealthFace but there are many pedometer apps with Apple Watch compatibility. Then just turn off any complication slots you're not using in the Modular face you choose.

The only thing you likely won't be able to have is real-time heart rate, though you can add the Heart Rate complication for quick access to take a reading.

Forecast time. If you have location enabled on your phone, the weather will update (and tell you when it was last updated) and it also gives a 3 day forecast, battery, steps, distance, etc. Bonus is that it’s free.

Smarty redux, has a setting for showing 'amount left' 'amount gained/amount left' and 'amount gained' bit of a backwards explanation from me but not sure how to word it. Still, amazing watch face.

Take a look through the "reno" watch faces.

You can grow plants daily with steps, I think there's one that looks like 8-bit video game that climbs a tower with steps, etc.

Great set to buy as an entire collection, there are many others that look great as well.

EDIT: The Jumpets one is actually part of the same collection from the same dev (Reno)! So you know first hand about the quality already, haha.
