I can 100% confirm that these devices or devices within the same family (i.e Orgone Accumlators) are being used on some TIs like myself. I can feel the lifeforce energy (psi-energy) get sucked out of me.

I am in the process of trying to prove it, there are lifeforce energy meters that one can purchase, so perhaps it'll prove what I'm saying.

This is the most dangerous form of targeting as it can heavily impair thinking and concentration to the point where it's difficult, virtually impossible to learn about any topic due to the memory fading out as soon or while you are reading/trying to comprehend anything. This is because psychotronic generators are powered by lifeforce energy which is said to be a mental form of energy. You get immense physical and mental fatigue. I read on sites (that I don't remember at this time) that the Soviets were using radiowaves or microwaves as carrier waves for this targeting, but the gov't seems to be using an invisible laser on me that's using metal as antennas to target me. I don't trust Tim Rifat fully though, he seems to be a limited hangout shill.

This type of targeting is real and anyone can be a victim of it at any time, so it is imperative that people look more closely at this before it's Too Late and they're targeted by this system and they then can't study anything and there's no going back. Some of the questions they ask you in a routine psychiatric evalutation include symptoms of psychotronic generator warfare right after they ask you about hearing voices (v2k), hissing, buzzing (microwave auditory effect), and people out to get you (gangstalking). Some of the questions they ask and symptoms are "have you had times where you've had a lot of energy and then times where you've had low/ drained energy?", "have you also had brainfog, difficulty thinking?", "do people give you weird/bad vibes", "do people give you bad looks", etc.

The reason why no one has reported on "psychotronic generator warfare" is simply because of the way they're being targeted, they're targeted in a way so that they're able to get attacked by real measurable negative energy that I believe is DOR energy (deadly orgone energy) that's coming from almost every other person whos electrical signals in their body is being used as an antenna to target that TI, so they're paranoid of most if not all people, but that's a topic for another post.
