I don't think your pricing is necessarily too expensive but as an agent, I would find it annoying. Shouldn't your images already be "real estate quality"? I need to pay extra to get the images that I expect. Bake the editing into your rate. Sky replacements, IMO, should also be included. Make it easy for the agent, not a cumbersome process of add-ons and extras. More on reddit.com

Waaaay too low. Expecting a real estate photographer to show up for $200 is a huge risk. 15-20 hours total work is a joke and not realistic. How much time did you already spend working out all this stuff so far? Treat yourself like a professional and quote an actual real estate photo person familiar with the basics like using Flambient technique etc. Then you’ll be able to understand how far off your quote is.
