I have a question about Payton gendron about his trials
Gendron pled guilty to the states charges and he received 11 life sentences without the possibility of parole, plus 90 years. However he was also indicted on federal charges and though his lawyer said he would plead guilty in order to avoid the death penalty the Department of Justice decided they would be pursuing the death penalty. His federal trial is set to start August 17, 2026. More on reddit.com

I remember that day, scouring the internet trying to find out what was going on since not a lot of information was publically known, and running into a video not knowing before it was too late (as in I clicked play before I realized) that it was part of the live stream that he did during it. I didn't see much, but it was enough to know that the killer had no humanity. As much as I want to be an anti-death penalty kind of person, he isn't deserving the tax dollars that it would take to keep him in prison. More on reddit.com
