May 26, 2020 - Tel Maresha/ Beit Guvrin National Park is a great place to explore. See beautiful views from the Tel and explore an incredible underground cave system!

This is a Heritage site, inscribed as a “microcosm of caves”. There are several distinct areas inside the park that are connected by walking paths but are more efficiently reachable by navigating the main circular drive. My slight downgrade in the rating is due to my own fault of getting to Bet Guvrin with less than two hours to spare in the afternoon, coupled with the park management practices of restricting access way ahead of the closure.
